Mrs Ngcobo is the Founder and an Executive Director of Incema Non Profit Organisation.

Qualified from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2002 with a degree in Social Science and a National Diploma in Applied Social Science in 2004. Thenjiwe is highly skilled and educated to function strategically and practically as Executive Director of Incema Non Profit Organisation.

With her 8 years experience as Site Co-Ordinator at the National Prosecuting Authority, Thenjiwe has endeavoured to impact communities with support and development where it has been needed the most. With her firm belief in being able to support the next generation, she believes in investing in the future of our youth to give a brighter future to all young South Africans.

As Director of Incema Non Profit Organisation she is responsible for directing and guiding the overall functioning of the organisation. To ensure that all systems are in place to provide psycho-social, support and prevention services to sexual abuse reactive children and their families.

Thenjiwe saw the desperate need within the Pietermarizburg area for an organisation that is able to address the challenge of sexual and gender based violence affecting children where the offender is a child themselves.. This need is being filled by Incema which is the only organisation at present to provide this type of support.

Mrs. Busisiwe Gabela

Office & Operations manager -Mrs. Gabela is results-oriented office and operations Manager with 8 years of experience in overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency improvements. Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments. Seeking to leverage expertise in operations management to drive the growth of the organization and its success.
